By accessing or using any service offered by Init Lync Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you agree to the following terms:

Services:

Init Lync provides technology consulting, software development, automation, and data analytics solutions. The scope of services will be mutually agreed upon via a signed agreement or work order.

Client Responsibilities:

Clients must provide accurate, timely information and necessary access to systems or data for service delivery. Delays caused due to withheld or incorrect information will affect delivery timelines.

Payment Terms:

Payment schedules will be defined in the proposal or invoice. Late payments beyond 7 days may incur interest or service suspension.

Intellectual Property:

All code, designs, documentation, and data developed by Init Lync remain its intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality on sensitive project and client data shared during the engagement.

Third-Party Tools:

Init Lync is not responsible for issues caused by external platforms, APIs, or services integrated into your solution.

Limitation of Liability:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including data loss or downtime.

Termination:

Either party may terminate the engagement with a 15-day written notice. Work completed until that date will be billable.
